Toolative provides free, browser-based tools to help you work faster — formatting, converting, generating, calculating, and more. By accessing or using any part of Toolative, you agree to these terms.

Our tools are provided for legitimate personal and professional use. You may use them free of charge, without creating an account, for as long as they are available.

• Use any tool for personal or commercial projects
• Access Toolative from any device or browser
• Share links to tools with colleagues, friends, or your audience
• Use the Chrome extension to access tools from any tab
• Use output generated by our tools in your own work

When using Toolative, you agree not to:

• Use the tools for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Automate requests in a way that burdens or degrades our infrastructure
• Process content that infringes on another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use Toolative to generate content that is abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful

You are solely responsible for:

• Only submitting files, text, or data that you own or have the right to process
• Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Verifying that the output of any tool meets your requirements before relying on it
• Protecting any sensitive information before uploading it to a tool
• Understanding that some tools produce approximate or stylistic results (e.g. vectorization, text analysis)

We take privacy seriously. Most Toolative tools operate entirely in your browser — your files and text never leave your device. For tools that require server processing, data is handled securely and deleted immediately after the task completes.

We aim to keep Toolative available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Unexpected technical issues or outages
• Third-party infrastructure failures beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any interruption to the service.

We work hard to make our tools accurate and reliable, but outputs are provided “as-is.” Different tools carry different levels of precision:

• Formatting and conversion tools aim for exact output, but edge cases may exist
• AI-assisted or generative tools produce approximate results that should be reviewed
• Calculators and estimators rely on the inputs you provide — results are only as accurate as your data

Always verify important results before acting on them, especially for professional, legal, medical, or financial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolative and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service or its outputs.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from errors in tool output. You use Toolative at your own discretion and risk.

The Toolative name, logo, website design, and all original tool implementations are the intellectual property of Toolative and are protected by copyright and applicable laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Toolative website or codebase without permission
• Use the Toolative name or logo in a way that implies endorsement
• Sell or relicense access to Toolative tools as your own product

Output generated by Toolative tools from your own content belongs to you. We make no claim over files you upload or results you download.

Toolative may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We have no control over external sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Follow any third-party terms of service when using their platforms.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to Toolative for any user or IP address that violates these terms, abuses the service, or engages in harmful behaviour. We will act proportionately and, where practical, provide notice before taking action.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Toolative after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, please stop using the service.
